These terms cover your use of FFP One during its beta period. They're intentionally short — this is a beta product, not a finished one.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FFP One, you accept these terms.

2. Beta status

FFP One is in active beta. Development is very rapid — features, coverage, and behavior change frequently, and availability isn't guaranteed.

3. Not investment, legal, or tax advice

FFP One provides financial data and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in the product constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, and no output should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

4. No warranty / limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind and without an uptime guarantee. During this free beta, our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by German law.

5. Data use

See our Privacy Noticefor what we collect and why. Any data you provide is used only to serve you the product's features — never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Access

Access during the beta is invite-only and may be suspended or revoked at any time without notice.

7. Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time during the beta.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product matures toward a paid launch; we'll communicate material changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
